Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Participant
   1.1. If the participant cancels their registration no later than two (2) months prior to the scheduled start date of the course, the participant shall be entitled to a refund of the full course fee, less an administration fee of €50.

   1.2. If the participant cancels within two (2) months of the scheduled start date, or fails to attend the course, no refund shall be granted.

2. Substitution
   2.1. The participant is permitted to nominate a substitute participant in their place.
   2.2. The participant remains responsible for notifying the organiser in writing of the substitution.
   2.3. The organiser reserves the right to assist in finding a replacement, but is not obligated to do so.

3. Miscellaneous
   3.1. All refunds will be processed using the same payment method as used for registration.
   3.2. By registering for the course, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
